We will need the following information at your free appointment to assess your individual financial situation

Debt Information

A list of all your debts, including the name and address of each creditor, the account number, and the amount owed.

 

(You can bring the bills themselves, which will contain the information we need.)

Proof of Income

All pay stubs for the six-month period before the month of your appointment.

 

For example, if your appointment is July 15, you will need to bring pay stubs from January 1 through July 15. If you are unable to locate your pay stubs you can call your employer for a copy of your earnings history.

Tax Information

A complete copy of your last two years of federal income tax returns.

Identification

We will need to see your driver's license and social security card.

If you are unable to find any of the above items before your appointment, just bring as much information as you can, and we can get the missing items from you at a later time.

If you are married, please bring your spouse to your appointment if possible, even if they are not interest in filing for bankruptcy themselves.
